Common Concerns
Regardless of whether you’re dealing with acne or rosacea, there are probably aspects of these conditions that are making you unhappy. Spider veins over the face, frequent redness, blemishes, uneven and rough skin texture, and patchy pigmentation round out the symptoms that most clients face before turning to us for effective solutions.
Those with acne may experience symptoms due to a number of factors; oil buildup, clogged pores, infrequent skincare and often just plain annoying genetics are the most common triggers. They may also suffer from more stubborn problems such as oil buildup and blackheads, which can be challenging to treat solo – in fact, doing so can cause permanent scarring if in a tricky spot. As for rosacea, it’s typically brought on by either environmental triggers such as overexposure to UV rays, excessively using chemical-packed cosmetics or, again, genetics.
Our Treatment Solutions
Fortunately, our team has what it takes to make a difference! We’re proud to incorporate proven and most state-of-the-art treatment methods, ensuring your rosacea and acne issues are left in the past. These include skin care product applications for deeper cleansing, microdermabrasion to stimulate cells beneath the skin’s surface and encourage the creation of a smooth new layer, chemical peels that pull oils and bacteria from deep pores, and dermal fillers to eliminate scars and smooth out your appearance. We also offer Intense Pulse Light (IPL), GENESIS laser and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments, the latter of which empowers your body’s natural defenders to fight back, reducing the appearance of rosacea and acne.

Frequently Asked Questions
In circumstances where breakouts are more severe or in the case of blackheads, yes. However, not all acne can be safely treated on your own as self-attempted “removal” can cause even more severe permanent cosmetic damage. It’s always best to work with an experienced medical skincare professional.
High blood pressure is completely unrelated to the development of rosacea. However, stress certainly can bring it about. We’ve noticed more instances of such cases in patients who seek us out for treatments to address rosacea.
Acne is only ever “dangerous” if you should self-implement extreme removal attempts, develop a skin or blood infection and/or combine with chemical-laced “cleansing” compounds. However, such circumstances are rare. With that said, always go to a trained expert if you’re suffering this much from acne breakouts.
Following a healthy, nutrient-rich diet helps as does limiting UV exposure and wearing at least SPF 30 sunscreen. Also, moisturize regularly while avoiding chemical-packed cosmetics and stick to organic solutions, particularly with makeup and cleansers.
